Vantagen’s Benefits Administration Services include benefits eligibility management, annual enrollment coordination, employee benefits communications, invoice reconciliation and accounting, FSA/HRA administration, COBRA administration, toll-free employee benefits support, dependent auditing and total compensation statement design and development.  Vantagen’s Human Resources Consulting Services include recruiting/executive search, organizational design and development, training and management development, HR management and compliance, employment regulation compliance and compensation consulting.
