David and his team generate and transfer as many as 500 eligibility and deduction files on a weekly basis.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly Vantagen, David managed the Fraud Detection Systems for Fleet Bank’s Credit Card Security department. David was also a Systems Manager for the Pari-Mutuel wagering industry where he was responsible for the installation and day to day operations of the wagering systems at Thoroughbred and Harness racing tracks through the US.

David holds a BA degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts.
