Gina has developed a comprehensive background within the Employee Benefits Administration arena with a specific focus in the area of Audit, Review and Payment preparation of insurance carrier invoices as well as payroll deduction auditing and analyses. While her career in auditing/billing began over 15 years ago, Gina has been with the Baker Tilly Vantagen Team since 2005.

Gina’s experience is wide-ranging and varied, but she specializes in these key areas:

• Billing Implementation
• Auditing, review & payment preparation of Insurance invoices
• Payroll deduction auditing & analysis

Gina brings the following attributes & expertise to each client relationship:

• Gina has successfully implemented over 100 clients during her career with Baker Tilly Vantagen
• Gina has prepared and analyzed medical claims audits resulting in potentially significant cost savings for clients.
• Gina, along with her Team, currently prepares and reconciles billing reports for 61 clients with employees ranging from 25 to 6500

Gina was previously employed at Alliance Capital as a Financial Control Representative. Her responsibilities at Alliance included the daily reconciliation of various Direct Deposit Accounts as well as communicating with fund accounting and custodian banks to relate net activity to funds. Additionally, she participated in various commission cycle activities and the reporting of financial information.

Gina holds a BS degree in Business Administration from King’s College Wilkes-Barre, PA. In addition she has earned an associate degree in Retail Management as well as being certified in Medical Billing and Coding.
