Over the past 10 years, Nicole has developed a comprehensive background in the management field, first in the retail banking industry and later with Baker Tilly Vantagen as a project manager and implementation specialist. She has been part of the Baker Tilly Vantagen team since 2008.

Nicole’s experience is wide-ranging and varied, but she specializes in these key areas:

• Account Based Services (FSA, HRA, HSA)
• COBRA Continuation Coverage and Employee Billing; and
• Service Team Management

While at Baker Tilly Vantagen, Nicole brings the following attributes and experiences to each client relationship:

• Nicole has coordinated more than 50 implementations onto the various Baker Tilly Vantagen platforms
• Nicole has project managed platform migrations for two of Baker Tilly Vantagen’s servicing units
• Nicole oversees client coordination and participant servicing for more than 95 COBRA clients and more than 70 Account Based Services clients.
• Nicole’s experience and desire to engage with the client on their needs as well as advise on the extensive flexibility of the Baker Tilly Vantagen platform, result in a meaningful alignment of client needs and service delivery

Prior to joining Baker Tilly Vantagen, Nicole served as a Branch Manager and Bank Officer for NBT Bank.  Nicole continues to use her service delivery experience, financial institution expertise and direct client engagement abilities that she learned in this role to deliver on her commitment to Baker Tilly Vantagen’s clients.

Nicole holds a BA degree in Business Management from Bucknell University.

Nicole has completed the firm’s L.E.A.P.  (Leadership, Entrepreneurism and Achievement Program), a three year leadership program provided in conjunction with Penn State University.  Nicole participates in organizations such as POWER (Professionals Organized and Working to Enrich the Region), Scranton Chamber of Commerce Women’s Network and the Bucknell Finance Network.
